The real estate business is, above all, a people business. Behind every property sold, there is a story, a major decision, and often, a lifelong dream.
My day doesn’t always start the same way, and that says a lot about who I am as a professional. Rather than rigid routines or fixed schedules, what truly guides my work are the people I meet and the processes I manage.
Every client has different needs, and every property requires its own unique approach. That is why a large part of my time is dedicated to direct contact: viewings, meetings, conversations, and close follow-up on every step. I don’t believe in standard solutions or automatic formulas. I believe in presence, availability, and real involvement.
Over the years, I have built my career on a foundation of trust. A significant portion of the clients I work with come to me through recommendations. More than just one-off deals, I have focused on building lasting relationships, many of which have moved beyond the professional sphere to become true personal connections.
There is also constant work behind the scenes: monitoring the market, analyzing trends, and staying continuously updated to ensure that every client makes informed, safe decisions tailored to their reality.
Being a real estate consultant is not about selling houses. It is about understanding expectations, managing emotions, and being there during moments that are often turning points in the lives of those who trust me.
I am not driven by numbers, rankings, or statistics. I don't know exactly how many houses I have sold or how many clients I have had. These metrics don’t move me. What truly motivates me is the process, the contact, the relationship, the guidance, and (ultimately) the satisfaction of knowing I helped someone find the right home for their life.
In the end, more than properties, I work with people. And the trust they place in me is something I value (and strive to earn) every single day.
